5 Hour Stew
Ingredients
2 lb. raw stew beef
1 cup sliced carrots
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
Directions
Slice carrots, onion and celery to desired size. Brown the beef then add the remaining ingredients.
Bake in a covered casserole at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
