Ingredients
1 large angel food cake (bake or buy it)
1 cup heavy cream, whipped and sweetened
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries or raspberries
2 pkgs. strawberry or raspberry gelatin
1-1/2 cups hot water
1 cup cold water

Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add cold water and let stand until slightly set. Add whipped cream, then berries. Break cake into walnut sized pieces and place in a pan. Pour over berry mixture. Let stand in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight.
