Ingredients
1 pkg. angel food cake mix
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
Prepare and bake the angel food cake according to the directions on the package. Cool the cake thoroughly after baking.

Whip cream with the sugar, coffee and vanilla until the mixture will hold in peaks. Frost the top and sides of the cake. Garnish with chocolate shot or toasted almonds.
