Baked Lemon Chicken
Ingredients
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 to 3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
Directions
Combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Place the seasoned bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in the butter mixture, then coat with the crumbs. Place the coated chicken breasts into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle the remaining butter mixture over the top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the juices run clear. Makes 4 servings.
