Ingredients
1 medium onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
salt
red pepper

Directions
Brown the onion in butter. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to mix evenly. Simmer for 30 minutes.
