Beef Stroganoff #2
Ingredients
1 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced onion
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can mushroom gravy
1 cup sour cream
salt
pepper
hot cooked and buttered noodles
Directions
Brown the meat and onions together. Add the seasonings, then add the gravy and sour cream. Cook until the beef is tender. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
