Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cake yeast
1 cup warm water
4 cups flour

Directions
Combine shortening, sugar and salt. Add eggs and blend. Dissolve yeast in 3 tsp. warm water. Add warm water, 2 cups flour and mix well. Add rest of flour and mix. Knead until smooth. Put dough into a clean bowl, cover and let rise 2 hours. Refrigerate. Let rise for 3 hours when setting rolls.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
