Ingredients
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Directions
Combine vinegar, salt and pepper in an electric blender. Slowly add oil while the blender is at low speed. Add sour cream, applesauce and bleu cheese. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
