Bourbon or Rum Balls
Ingredients
1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup powdered sugar
1-1/2 finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 cup light rum (or 3 tbsp. cream and 1 tsp. rum extract)
Directions
Combine vanilla wafers, sugar, pecans and cocoa. Add syrup and rum (or bourbon). Mix well. Form into balls 3/4 inch in size. Roll in powdered sugar and serve. Keeps for weeks.
