Cathedral Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup chocolate or butterscotch chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
3 cups colored marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut

Directions
Melt chips over hot water (not boiling). Add butter. Stir in egg. Cool. Add marshmallows and nuts. On waxed paper, shape mixture into shape of a long roll. Roll in coconut. When hard, slice. Freezes well.
