Charcoal Broiled Ham Steaks
Ingredients
3 ham steaks cut by a butcher, each about 1 pound and 1 to 1-/2 inches thick, fat trimmed
mustard
honey
Directions
Broil slowly over medium coals, turning 2 or 3 times, for 12 to 15 minutes. Brush with a mixture of mustard and honey and raise the heat for the last few minutes if you wish to glaze the ham steaks.
To serve, cut ham into 2-inch strips. Serves 6.
