Chocolate Clusters
Ingredients
1 package (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate pieces
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 cup raisins
1 cup salted peanuts
red cinnamon candies
angelica
Directions
In the top of a double boiler combine the chocolate, syrup and 1 tablespoon water. Over hot (not boiling) water, melt the chocolate. Remove from heat.
Divide the chocolate mixture into two parts. Add the raisins to one part and mix well. Add the peanuts to the other part. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Top with candies and angelica. Chill for 1 hour. Makes 3 dozen.
