Crab Louis
Ingredients
1 large head of lettuce
2 lb. crab meat
4 to 6 hard boiled eggs
4 tomatoes, quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chili sauce
1 small onion, grated
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped, stuffed olives
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. horseradish
Directions
Shred half of the lettuce and use rest on salad plates. Arrange shredded lettuce on leaves. Arrange crab meat on top of lettuce and garnish with egg and tomatoes.
The dressing is made by blending the remaining ingredients. Serve dressing over the salad or on the side.
