Cranberry Pecan Salad
Ingredients
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup chopped pecans
6 oz. Jello, any red flavor
2 golden apples, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. orange rind
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1-1/2 cup boiling water
Directions
Stir the Jello, salt, cinnamon and cloves into the boiling water. Pour in the cranberry sauce and orange rind. Stir well until mixed completely. Refrigerate until the mixture just begins to thicken. Add the chopped apple and nuts. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish and chill for at least 3 hours.
