Ingredients
1/4 cup or more of Roquefort or Bleu Cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. cider vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
dash paprika
1 tsp. onion juice

Directions
Mash the cheese in a bowl using a fork. Gradually work in sour cream, vinegar and seasonings. Beat until creamy and smooth with a spoon or rotary beater. Chill and serve.
