Ingredients
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
5-1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 lbs. dates, cut fine
1 cup pecans, chopped fine

Directions
Mix and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until done. Makes 6 dozen.
