Easy Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
1/2 cup bottled key lime juice
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 packaged 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 lime, thinly sliced for garnish
whipped cream for garnish
Directions
Whisk together the lime juice and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Fold in the whipped topping and mix gently until thoroughly blended.
Spoon the filling into the crust and refrigerate until firm, about 4 to 5 hours.
To serve, make a cut to each lime slice and twist the slice. Garnish pieces of the pie with twisted lime slices and whipped cream. Serves 6 to 8.
