Easy Turkey Gravy
Ingredients
1 cup pan drippings from turkey
1 cup flour
1 quart milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions
Heat the pan drippings in a large saucepan or skillet until warm. Place the flour and milk in a large tightly sealed container and shake until smooth. Add the flour and milk mixture to the pan drippings and heat thoroughly while whisking constantly. The gravy should be very smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Makes about 4 cups of gravy.
