Elbow Roni
Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, diced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions
Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
In a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish place 1/3 of the macaroni and 1/3 of the cheese. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add 1/3 of the sour cream. Repeat layers until all of the ingredients are used, ending with the sour cream.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 5.
