Ingredients
4-1/2 cup sugar
1 large can sweetened condensed milk
3 pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 lb. melted butter
2 cups chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
Bring the sugar, condensed milk and chocolate chips to a rolling boil and boil for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring often. Cream the marshmallow creme and butter together. Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate mixture, blend and then chill in a refrigerator.

Add the 2 cups of chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon of vanilla then mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a buttered dish and let set. Cut into pieces.

Note: My Mother had always referred to this as See's Fudge. I have no way to know if that is a fact or not.
