Five Minute Fudge
Ingredients
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1-2/3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups diced marshmallows
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Mix the evaporated milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Heat to boiling. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add the marshmallows, chocolate pieces, vanilla and nuts. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the marshmallows melt. Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan.
Decorate before the fudge cools with walnut halves, little candy beads or big candy mints. Just use your artistic talent and imagination. Cut into squares after cooling.
