Fruit Festival Pie

Ingredients
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups water
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 tsp. almond extract (optional)
1 cup ice cold evaporated milk
well drained fresh, frozen or canned fruit

Directions
Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in a 2-1/2 quart pan. Add water and cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat then stir in lemonade concentrate and almond extract. Chill, stir occasionally, until mixture is like unbeaten egg whites. While gelatin chills, pour milk into an ice tray and put in freezer. When crystals appear around the edge, remove from freezer and whip until stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture. Spread in crust and arrange fruit around edge next to crust. Chill.

Corn Flake Crumb Crust

Ingredients
1 cup corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup softened butter

Directions
Combine ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie plate.
