Ingredients
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. flour
2/3 cup orange juice
16 marshmallows

Directions
Combine all ingredients except the milk and marshmallows. Cook in a double boiler until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and add milk and marshmallows. Stir until blended. Cool.
