Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
2 lbs. carrots, pared and sliced diagonally
boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
8-1/2 oz. crushed pineapple

Directions
Place carrot slices and salt in a sauce pan. Cover with 1 inch of boiling water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the carrots are tender. Drain very well.

Add brown sugar and pineapple to the carrots. Cook, stirring constantly, over high heat for 5 minutes or until the carrots are glazed.
