A colorful salad made with bibb or limestone lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sour cream and jellied madrilene.
Cole Slaw Souffle
Orange gelatin (jello) beaten until fluffy has pineapple, cabbage, carrots, raisins and nuts folded in. The addition of stiffly beaten egg whites help to make this a fluffy salad.
Concorde Salad
This recipe for a tangy salad improves on standing in the refrigerator. It is made with green beans, peas, celery, green pepper, onion, pimientos and has a sweet vinegar and oil dressing.
Crab Louis
Crab meat, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, onion, olives and lettuce are combined to make an elegant salad.

Creamy tomato aspic is made with tomato soup, cream cheese, lemon gelatin, green pepper, onion, celery and salad dressing.
Curried Sweet Potato Salad
Curried sweet potato salad is made with sweet potatoes, Idaho potatoes, mango chutney, mayonnaise, curry powder, scallions and parsley.
Dutchman's Salad
This is a hot potato salad made with bacon, onion and green pepper.
