Hamburger Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb. ground chuck
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 to 4 tbsp. flour
1 large onion, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
salt
pepper
2 cups water
Accent

Directions
Fry meat in a large skillet. Add garlic and onion and cook until the onion pieces are tender. Add bouillon cubes and flour. Stir until the flour is browned then slowly add 2 cups water (or more) to cover meat and make the gravy medium to thick as you like. Add salt, pepper and Accent to taste. Serve over mashed potatoes.
