Ham with Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
2 ham slices, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2-1/4 cups water
3/4 cup raisins

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Trim any skin or excess fat from the ham slices. In a saucepan mix brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard. Slowly add the vinegar. Add the lemon juice, lemon rind, water and raisins. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture has thickened and become clear. Arrange the ham slices in a single layer in a baking pan. Pour the sauce over the ham.

Bake covered for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F. Makes 6 servings.
