Avocado Dressing
Ingredients
1 medium avocado, peeled and mashed
3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in an electric blender and puree for 30 seconds. Refrigerate. Stir or shake well before using.
