Bacon Cheese Toast Triangles
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 lb. bacon 1/2 medium onion bread butter
Cut the cheese and bacon into pieces. Put the cheese, bacon and onion through a medium food grinder. Add the catsup and mix thoroughly.
Cut bread into small triangles or desired shape and spread one side with butter. Brown buttered side in a frying pan. Remove from pan and spread other side with the cheese mixture. Place under a broiler until bubbly, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Any unused cheese mixture will keep refrigerated for several days. You can also make these ahead of time and broil shortly before needed.
