Baked Potatoes with Dilly Creamed Peas
Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
1 package (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
4 medium baked potatoes
Directions
Over low heat melt the butter in a skillet. Add the peas, sour cream, milk, dill weed and salt. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Serve immediately over the baked potatoes.
