Barbecue Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions
Mix beef, sausage, crumbs and egg together thoroughly. Shape into 24 meatballs. Brown the meatballs in a skillet then pour off the fat. Add barbecue sauce (below), cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done, stirring often. Serve with rice or buttered noodles. Serves 6.
Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
1 can onion soup
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions
Prepare sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a bowl and stirring well to thoroughly mix.
