Beef Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. crushed oregano
3 tbsp. flour
2 cans (8 oz. each) of tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 cup pitted ripe olives
8 corn tortillas
chopped onion
shredded cheese

Directions
Fry meat in oil until light brown and crumbly. Add salt, chili powder, oregano, paprika and flour. Mix well, add sauce and water then bring to a boil. Add olives and simmer for 10 minutes.

Spoon a layer of sauce in a shallow round baking dish and cover with 4 tortillas. Add half of remaining sauce and sprinkle with chopped onion and cheese. Add remaining tortillas then another layer of sauce. Cover generously with onion and cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
