Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimientos
1 cup crushed crackers
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions
Cook the broccoli and drain well. Lay the broccoli on the bottom of a loaf pan.

Mix the soup, cheese and mayonnaise together well and pour over the broccoli. Cut the pimientos into smaller pieces. Finely crush the almonds. Layer the crackers, pimientos and almonds on top of the soup mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
