Broiled Icing

Combine and spread on a cake while still warm:
3 tbsp. melted butter
10 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup coconut or nut meats

Place very low under broiler with low flame. Broil until it bubbles and browns.
