Butter Cup Icing

3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
1/2 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 or 3 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Using an electric mixer beat until light and fluffy.
