Butterscotch Fudge
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 jar marshmallow creme (5-10 oz.) (or 32 large marshmallows or 2-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups butterscotch morsels (2 6-oz. packages)
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Combine sugar, marshmallow creme, milk, butter and salt in a sauce pan. Bring to a full boil while stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat and continue to stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in morsels until melted, then add nuts and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan and chill until firm.
