Chocolate Clusters
1 package (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate pieces 1/4 cup corn syrup 1 cup raisins 1 cup salted peanuts red cinnamon candies angelica
In the top of a double boiler combine the chocolate, syrup and 1 tbsp. water. Over hot (not boiling) water, melt the chocolate. Remove from heat. Divide in two parts. Add raisins to one part and mix well. Add peanuts to the other part. Drop on cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Top with candies and angelica. Chill for 1 hour. Makes 3 dozen.
