Chocolate Icing
2 cups sugar 2 oz. chocolate 2 tbsp. white corn syrup 3/4 cup milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla
In a pan combine sugar, chocolate, white corn syrup and milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved then cook without stirring to soft ball stage. Stir in butter. Remove from heat and place in a pan of cold water until luke warm. Add vanilla and beat until the consistency is right to spread.
