Chocolate Pecan Pie
2 squares unsweetened chocolate 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt 3 large eggs 3/4 cup dark corn syrup 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup pecan halves rich pastry pie shell
Combine and melt chocolate, butter and salt. Combine eggs, corn syrup and sugar. Beat well with a rotary beater, then add chocolate mixture. Beat again. Pour into a rich pastry lined pie pan. Add pecan halves. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
