Coconut Crunch Bars
1/2 cup butter 1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar 1 1/4 cups flour 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 can (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
Cream butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Mix in 1 cup flour. Pat into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
Mix together remaining 1 cup brown sugar and remaining 1/4 cup flour with all other remaining ingredients. Spread over baked mixture in pan. Bake another 18 to 20 minutes. Cut into bars while warm.
