Corn Crisp Chicken

Ingredients
2 fryer chickens, about 2-1/2 lb. each
1-1/2 cups corn flake crumbs
2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (MSG)
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup evaporated milk

Directions
Cut chicken into desired pieces. Mix corn flake crumbs, MSG, salt and pepper.

Dip chicken pieces in milk, then in crumb mixture. Place chicken pieces in a foil lined shallow baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
