Corn Fremont

Ingredients
2 cups cream style corn
1 cup rolled cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions
Chop the celery and onion into small pieces. Finely grate the cheddar cheese. Beat the eggs until frothy. Melt the butter.

Gently combine and mix all ingredients together then pour the mixture into a casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with more grated cheese if desired.
