Easy Apple Pie
1 unbaked pie shell apples, peeled and grated to fill shell 1 cup whipping cream 1 cup sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Fill the pie shell with grated apples. Combine cream, sugar, flour and nutmeg. Pour over apples in pie shell. Sprinkle more nutmeg over top of filling.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes longer or until apples are done.
