4-1/2 cup sugar
1 large can sweetened condensed milk
3 pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 lb. melted butter
2 cups chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring sugar, condensed milk and chocolate chips to a rolling boil and boil for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring often. Cream marshmallow cream and butter together. Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture, blend and chill in refrigerator. Add 2 cups chopped nuts and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into a buttered dish and let set. Cut into pieces.

Note: My Mother had always referred to this as See's Fudge. I have no way to know if that is a fact or not.
