Fluffy Butter Cream Frosting

2 lbs. confectioner's sugar, sifted
1 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
3 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup warm water

Blend sugar, shortening, butter, salt and dry milk at low speed. When smooth add vanilla and gradually beat in warm water as needed for spreading consistency. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Makes enough for a large cake. Any leftover frosting can be stored in a refrigerator in a tightly sealed container.
