French Fried Liver

Ingredients
Liver
Cornmeal
Cracker crumbs
Seasonings of choice

Directions
Cut the liver into strips similar to French fries using kitchen shears. Place the strips in a sealable bag with a mixture of seasoned cornmeal and cracker crumbs. Shake the bag until all strips are evenly coated.

Fry the strips in a hot deep fat fryer. The liver fries quickly so keep a close eye on it. Remove and drain the strips on paper towels.

You can cut the strips and freeze them for later cooking if desired. Thaw, drain then coat with the cornmeal mixture, then fry.
