French Vinaigrette
Ingredients
3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. chopped hard cooked egg
3 tbsp. chopped green olive
2-1/2 tsp. chopped shallots
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
