Fresh Corn Saute
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
4 cups fresh corn cut from cob
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
dash pepper
1 cup finely chopped green pepper
chopped parsley
Directions
Melt the butter in a medium sized sauce pan then add all of the ingredients except the parsley. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle parsley over the top of each serving.
