Fresh Salsa Dip
1 medium onion, finely chopped 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped 1 large green pepper, finely chopped 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. mustard 1/4 tsp. celery seed
Combine the vegetables, then add the vinegar, oil and seasonings. Mix well. Let stand a few hours to blend flavors. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
