Garden Potato Salad

Ingredients
2 cups mixed canned vegetables
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
1/4 cup sliced green peppers
1/4 cup diced sweet pickle
1 bunch green onions, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
6 salami slices
3 eggs, hard cooked and sliced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. horseradish
dash hot pepper sauce
1-1/4 tsp. salt
lettuce leaves

Directions
Drain vegetables thoroughly. Combine with potatoes, green pepper, pickle, green onions, 4 slices of salami (cut into strips), and two of the eggs. Chill thoroughly. Mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, hot pepper sauce and salt. Add to chilled mixture and toss lightly. Line a chilled salad bowl with lettuce leaves and fill with salad. Garnish with remaining salami slices and egg slices. Serves 4 to 6.
